It is not unusual for either or both of Owen & Caroline to come down with a cold about Tuesday or Wednesday after being in nursery class on Sunday. (I so wish people wouldn't take their sick kids into these classes.) But after spending one Saturday night and early Sunday morning awake with Caroline throwing up all night long (Adam was so great and got up with me every time I had to get up. Thanks so much my Love), and then in the ER with her to get rehydrated, I am a little tired of having this little girl sick. Both she and Adam came down with a cold, oh about Tuesday, and she has been grumpy, grumpy, grumpy every since. Yesterday after she woke up from her nap she had a fever and it hasn't quit since then. It gets a little better with the Tylenol (can't take Motrin, she's allergic to it), but never really goes away. Whenever Caroline does come down with a cold, her cheeks always get bright red and chapped. Can't quite figure out why this happens, but it certainly does.
Yesterday, after Adam got home from work and had dinner, Caroline wanted her Daddy - I was so glad she asked for him! Adam was lying down on the couch and she went right up to him and wanted to lie down with him too. It was really quite sweet that she turned to her Daddy for comfort and just wanted him to hold her.

i'm with you on the "LEAVE YOUR DANG SICK KIDS AT HOME"! i HATE that! she looks so pathetic janet. i'm sorry about all of your sickness. i know just how you feel. it's rough stuff. i hope everyone get well soon.
